Just a bunch of gorbs stopped, hanging out in the middle of couloir for some reason, side slipping the snow down it. That’s a run that when you drop in, you ride through it and get out so someone else can try to enjoy the snow you’ve now scraped off it weirdly. Etiquette.
I just did the run a week ago and the camera doesn’t do it justice. Standing up there on the edge is a crazy feeling. I went down the extreme one at black comb.

Easy peasy. Nuttin in the way makes the slide just some play. Don't cannonball or cartwheel and just have a blast. Where's da toboggan? Jesting of course..
Was at that same spot with 3 buddy’s and you all clearly had much better snow than we did. And it was not fun! Basically one wrong move and you would be comin down like she did and the nasty snow we were on would have killed somebody. Friend was a local and were all great skiers and snowboarders but should’ve gone after fresh snowfall. She’s lucky she had some speed
Probably safe to assume that if you’re taking your skis off in that situation, you’ve got no business dropping in on that line. Not a group I’d want to be pushing boundaries with.
Seriously? There are two other runs to ski there? The guy was super hesitant and leery about going in Then he wants his run by having to carry a ski down. Doesn’t seem worth it to me

No back packs - so no basic avalanche gear (shovel & probe). Are they even wearing transceivers?
